A Family Business
Since 1996.
CJ Whiteford Contracting is not a franchise and not owned by investors. We’re a family-owned roofing company that has served Northern Illinois homeowners since 1996.
Our Story
Chris Whiteford started this company in 1996 and served Northern Illinois homeowners for 30 years. He recently passed away, and we’re thankful to God for his life and for every customer he served.
I’m his son, Jeremy, and I’m carrying his business forward. Thank you for your patience as we work through this transition.
We’re not a franchise and we’re not owned by investors. We’re a family business, and we’ll treat your home the way Dad always did.
— Jeremy Whiteford
Remembering Dad“Chris Whiteford is a trustworthy, respectful, and honest businessman who runs his company with those same qualities. I couldn’t be happier with the work and customer service I’ve gotten from Chris through the years. … I have referred many many people who needed help to him.”
